Trouble with Gtalk

Ok company is going from BBM to Gtalk which is great because ive been out of the IM scene since I went to the Droid but the problem is that the account that is on my Gtalk is my personal and I dont know how to switch it to my Job account.

Any way to switch acounts or have both on there at once? A secondary app?

You could download ebuddy and have it autosign in to your other gmail account if you just want an im feature
