Troubles with Asurion

Howdy Droideye,
I have had a few replacements from them before I got a good one. I just called, told them the problem and they sent a replacements until I got one that worked fine. It was a pain in the butt however I used the bad one while they overnighted me one that worked.
On the door cover problem, I had one that did that and I took a small screw driver and pried up on the clip on the phone ( gently ) where the cover snaps into and it worked fine after that. ( just an idea )
