As mentioned, I like my phone just the way it is. I have not even taken the OTA update.
I have learned the hardway, don't fix what ain't broke.
I don't like lollipops anyway....
Don't forget guys, with a significant update like this, it's always advised to do a factory reset afterwards. Save yourself some headaches later down the road. (Regardless of make/model)
Good luck! [emoji106]
I don't think so. I believe it will continue to ship with KK, and will prompt for the update once activated.
By now there are literally hundreds of thousands of units (possibly millions) either on their way out to retailers around the globe, or already sitting in boxes in warehouses awaiting orders or shipping itinerary. If they were to need to come with Lollipop, they would all have to be unboxed and flashed, then re-boxed.
OT Silly Question of the Day:
Nexus 7 says there is an OS update available, I keep "hitting" Later. I have the wi-fi turned off, there is no way it can get the update, right?

You can just keep on ignoring it. I ignored the 4.4.3 update for months until 4.4.4 was released. If you were rooted you could freeze the update installer.
