Turn off Accuweather temp in notification area?

Just got the S4. I used Accuweather on my Thunderbolt and didn't have the temp in my notification are. Now on the S4 it is always there. In accuweather settings I don't see any place to turn this off. Can it be done?

Open the app. Menu/settings/notifications-off.
