Two car docks for $29.98!

I just ordered two Vehicle Mounts for the DROID from VZW for $14.99 each!

There is a catch though. Check out the webpage below, you'll see a $15 discount, when you click on "buy now" the discount disappears.

So I called the consumer sales dept at 1-800-256-4646 and told the rep what was going on and that I wanted to buy two of them (one for my wife's DROID and one for mine). He couldn't find any reference to an available discount so I told him that I would e-mail him the link to the website, so he gave me his e-mail address and I sent it to him. Well about 15 minutes later he called me back and said everything was good to go with the discounted price and I bought 'em! It even included free shipping (normal ground).

BTW...It was on Monday that I actually made the order, I just waited til today when I received them to post this, just in case I had bought the wrong thing or something.

Just got mine for $14.99. The first customer service rep tried but couldn't do anything. I know you always call back and try again. Second guy believed me without problem. Said I wasn't the first one today. Said he'd instantly credit my account $15 if I bought it online right now. Said OK. He credited my account as I entered the order (you should do this beforehand) I hit enter and he saw the order and gave me the $15 back. Sweet! Whether I use it or no, I can't pass on that price. :icon_ banana:

i just ordered one of these as well, hopefully it works wells. i won't be using it so much for the navigation, but more for simply holding my Droid in front of me in arms reach. i use my Droid every chance i get for listening to internet radio, and this should make it quite a bit easier for me. a lot easier and a lot safer than fumbling around and trying to mess with it while driving. i brought it up online. then i dialed 611 and the guy said their system shows it as $29.99, but he logged in under my account and said that the main page did indeed say $14.99. he was very nice about it and in the end he took $15 off of my monthly bill for this billing cycle. wooohoooo!! i guess i won't have it for a few days though with christmas and all. my guess is monday... maybe even tuesday. oh well.
