Unable to do a facebook "check in"

Ever since upgrading to Gingerbread I am unable to do a facebook check in, maybe there is a setting off? Like a location setting off? Im not sure, anyone know how to fix this?

You may have to remove the Facebook app and reinstall it. I haven't had a problem with checkin so it's not a Gingerbread problem that can't be solved.

Let me rephrase sorry, I had to get a certified like new device and it came WITH the gingerbread upgrade, The check-in does not work on the facebook app NOR does it work via the mobile website.

I don't know what to tell you to do other than remove and reinstall the app. Use the real Facebook app from the market, not the one from Motorola.
