Unable to use Bluetooth voice dialing with Droid 4 on ICS 211 leak

Just bought 2 BT speakerphones (blueant s4 and blackberry vm-605) Neither will initiate voice dialing on my phone.

It appears some moto and HTC phones disable voice dialing (which is f-ing retarded) and I was wondering if anyone has use BT voice dialing on a D4 so I could at least know it is supported.

I have tested on a stock GB Droid4 and voice dialing does work.

I have since installed safestrap and moved to the .217 leak and voice dialing works, I would prefer it to use google voice actions instead of "voice commands" but it works.

I am chalking it up to a bug in .211
