If the superuser thing is still there then you are still rooted. The temporary root will root your phone until you reboot it, while permanent will permanently root it, unless of course you click unroot after you permanently root it
Afaik sbf is ONLY Motorola phones. Not Samsung.

Okay, then what you need to do is ROOT using the method listed, then UNROOT using the method listed.
It'll get rid of those apps so you won't have to worry about then denying you a warranty replacement if you need one.
Try this. It's done on-phone so it should be easier, then just unroot. If you can't get rid of SU then it's in xbin and not bin. Or vice versa. I can't remember which way the directions tell you to get rid of it.

I meant use it to root, then follow the unrooting directions in the thread to unroot so you make sure you get it all.
z4root can be a bit sloppy. It works, but it can leave a mess.
Another option would be superoneclick. That might even unroot you.
