Thank you so much for that walkthrough! After several tries I finally got it to work. Probably the one thing that helped the most, besides following the directions, was deleting several larger apps on the phone storage and deleting updated from staples such as google maps, gmail, facebook, etc. Since I can't delete the apps themselves, and I can always re-update them all later. Gotta say, it feels great to not have the lie storage message reappear! Guess I'll see if it ever returns and makes me want to pummel my phone with a sledge hammer again.
