c:\root>fastboot-windows flash radio-cdma radio-cdma.img
sending 'radio-cdma' (3724 KB)... OKAY
writing 'radio-cdma'... OKAY

c:\root>fastboot-windows reboot-bootloader
rebooting into bootloader... OKAY

c:\root>

and my bootloader say baseband FC05 cdma ff02

I'm not sure what happened, have not seen that happen before. Not quite sure what to suggest.

and now when I plug in my samsung it no longer see it as a device on the computer so I cant access the files anymore

I get an error that says hardware id is missing windows cannot identify the device plugged into the Samsung mobile usb composite device

So judging by your other threads you got it figured out?

and im only getting 2 bars of service -93dbm and 1asu whatever that is

Oh OK. Got confused reading across all of them. Maybe try flashing the zip with them in it if it does not seem to be working out the old fashioned way.

Hi all I just flashed the new radios on my vzw gnex, I am running Cyanogenmod 9, i keep getting an error as soon as i reboot that says Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped. when i go to check the preferred network it has me on WCDMA and it won't let me choose cdma/LTE. the error message keeps popping up every so often and i have no 3g or 4g connection. what can be causing this? trying not to panic as mister JSM says.

edit: i hadn't looked up the MD5sum (i had actually never heard of this :/ ) but i checked it after the fact and it matched up.

Reboot to boot loader and tell us what radios it says you have

Hi Thanks for responding and trying to help. The bootloader says
Baseband version- I515. FG02 CDMA-I515FF02
underneath that it says Carrier info- None.

Prior to flashing these radios i had the ones that came with the 4.0.4 update the IMM76K one. I downloaded these new radios from the Droid-life link that was linked to via another forum thread on the first page of this thread (Download: New Jelly Bean Radios FF02/FG02 for Verizon Galaxy Nexus – Droid Life)

Well they definitely flashed successfully...I thought you may have flashed them backwards but it appears you correctly flashed both the CDMA and LTE radio....my first suggestion would be re flashing the 4.0.4 radios and see if your problem is resolved, if so, give another try on flashing the JB radios.
