upgrade to htc one from galaxy nexus grandfathered unlimited plan?

I'm wondering since I have my grandfathered unlimited plan on galaxy nexus could I upgrade to the htc one and still keep my plan or no? I see Verizon is trying to get people on that new share everything plan and I don't wanna lose my unlimited plan

They do give you lots of reasons to hate them! Just don't tell them that you hate them because I'm sure there is a fee for that.
