Grandfathered unlimited data plan, not if your upgrading from 3g to 4G

Before they implemented the tier plan I had them put a note on our account saying we are grandfathered in no matter what. So I have no worries.

Yeah. This is false and misleading. You can absolutely upgrade and keep unlimited.
