I can receive the email and my droid notifies me, but after viewing the email it disappears. Where does it go? I can't seem to find it anywhere on my droid.
Any ideas?

Hey Tigger, yeah originally from Koeln.

When I pull down the notification it shows that there is an email waiting. When I click on it, it opens and I can read it (no problem yet), but now when I leave the email, by either closing the notification bar or pressing the back button, I get back to the home screen. OK, now how can I read that email again?
Thanks

If you haven't deleted the email it should be in your gmail or email. If it's not in any of those places then go to gmail and menu button, view labels and select all mail. It should be there right at the top.

Thanks for that info, that gave me more insight into using email on the droid, even though the email in question still did not show up.
But I looked a bit further and it seems the email went into "Messaging", does that make sense?

I use K-9 as my mail program and it handles my pop3 account very well. On K-9 the emails disappear from the Droid/K-9 as soon as I download them onto my computer. Works like an automatic deletion feature. At least that is my understanding of it.
