What do you mean? You're on lgb without flashing the leak first? Check your system ver in about phone.

Well it doesn't make sense. Your phone shouldn't even be working now. What phone are you on and what is your system version in settings/about phone?

All my market updates are failing now..
Same thing happened to me with my first flashing of liberty gingerbread. Many versions ago. Though, it was buggy til doing a wipe cache/data a second time.
Edit: meant this to be a reply to the comment about flashing liberty with out being on gb leak?

Notification Issue or possed phone?
Coming from 2.2 (Liberty 2.0.1) and using D2 Boot Recovery, i wiped cache and data (5 times as the recommendation of whatever post i had followed)
Installed the Monsterleak from sdcard (This time i did not do a reboot/wipe directly after installing). Proceeded to download Liberty Toolbox Pro, downloaded the 0.8 nightly (which downloaded to a liberty -> nightlies folder which is where I installed from per the instructions. I thought when doing this it had to be on the root of the SD card but i guess not). Once done i turned the phone on and got busy. (note this was my first install off 0.8)
I have a droid 2 rooted with liberty GB of course. Still on 0.8
1. First i had the call volume issue
Fixed with a wipe, reflash of 0.8 (second install), wipe when ROM finished installing (from recovery so i never turned the phone on after installing)
2. Second I'm missing some options in original GB leak
(probably intentional)
3. Third, I have a very annoying and constantly recurring problem (which is the reason i did the re-install; I use headphones so the call volume did not bother me) This is not fixed and can not be recreated as it happens randomly and quite often.
The issue: i get a notification. nothing is in my notification bar yet the ringtone I have set for notifications still plays. Also the phone freezes until it stops playing (about 3 seconds). I can tell when it happens because the ringtone is short, however when it's a real notification, it plays the full song.
have GOSMS and GoLauncher installed if it matters. I have Stock messenger frozen with Titanium Backup. I have the same set up, apps, and settings as i had in Liberty 2.0.1
what i have changed from default settings:
GoLauncher is my Home launcher
Music app was deleted (using customizer; I use PowerAMP)
(i forget what it's called) but i have the words changed where it normally would say liberty in the notification bar and lock screen
I've been sleeping on this issue hoping it would resolve itself but it has grown quite frustrating
Interestingly enough, i thought the problem was because of a friend's phone. a few times when i got this problem, he had actually recieved text messages. however, it occurs even when I'm alone and away from other mobile devices.
This problem has not occurred until I updated to LibertyGB (i wasn't on stock GB long enough to know if it happened there)
4. Lastly, a problem I've just noticed. I cant not find the Amazon app store in the market anymore. I thought it may have been pulled (since it's competition and all) but a few Google searches don't show that it has)
Any help on that, too, is greatly appreciated. In the OP a log was strongly encouraged so I'll try and get one sent as soon as i possibly can

Anyone know of a foolproof process to get the Gingerblur launcher (stock moto gingerbread launcher - whatever its called)? I have tried to follow the directions that a few people have said worked for them, i am not a noob but this has me baffled.

Dl the blur home zip in the dx liberty section. Its in the VZW theme by mr brady. Flash it in clockwork (no wipe). Its also part of the storm shadow ultimate theme by mobile sensei. I had it working fine

I had done this to the other day, and can confirm it works. Would recommend you have liberty set to reboot "safe mode" ie custom recovery every time though just in case before you attempt.
after registering your gmail, installing the rom etc, when running the customizer select the launcher2 then get this file:
BlurHome from .596
the file comes form this thread, and it seems to work fine on both the DX and the D2

simply reboot into custom recovery and install flash from sd... done

Should have mentioned that I tried that. It redirected me to the android market where the app is apparently unavailable. Again i have a droid 2 Verizon Wireless. Unless they give you a .apk if you visit them from a computer then I'm afraid I'm at a loss
