verizon intl charges

I have a D2G in Afghanistan, but I didn't want to pay Verizon's exhorbant fees, so I had them unlock it and I use a Roshan (local) SIM card for phone usage. Data plans are expensive, so I just wait until I have a WiFi signal and do my data via WiFi
