That's fine, they're already paying for a 'name' so let them pay more for it.

I still can't get over the 14 day return window.... iPhone users would feel left out so Verizon changes the whole model?

3). When you file an insurance claim, you don't get a new phone in the mail and then ship yours to them. You have to ship yours out first. Leaving you without a phone for up to 7 days.

or like always with all apple products you can take it directly to an apple store and they will either fix it or exchange it on the spot.
