Was this around the time that your bill is compiled? Usually there is a 3-4 day time frame where you randomly won't be able to log in the Mobile App due to them going into your account to verify your bill before they post it.

Good question. I don't think so. I did however get a alert text/email about how many minutes we had used...
 
Have you tried to replace this yet? VzwSigSSOEngine.apk It fix my issue
