Looks like Verizon Wireless has another surprise in store for us today along with the sudden Droid Charge 4G release news. Verizon has just posted a message via twitter letting us know that we can expect a couple of new 4G areas to be turned up soon. Be sure to let us know if your device suddenly gets the 4G green light!

So I went to look up the Verizon Twitter account so I could click on the link(s), all of which had no mention of where the new markets are going to be located, just where the markets already are. #annoyed @VerizonWirless #sucks

AMEN Jroc - I have been wanting the D3, but w/out the 4G antenna, I'm severely doubting whether I should get it or wait for something 4G that is comparable... I'd like to get in the 4G data plans before they go metered, and my new every 2 reups about the same time when 4G / D3 is suppose to hit my area (late summer to end of year)

I pray this comes to Milwaukee!

So do I. 4G has been popping up on my phone every once in a while on the southwest side of town. I know that Mitchell Field has it and Miller Park is suppose to be live also. When I was in Vegas last month I got the taste of the 4G life and it was a wonderful thing.

I was in Wake Forest/outskirts of Raleigh on Wednesday and I look down at my TB and find that I have 4G! Checked my speeds and checked the signal and I was getting full bars and 13mbps download speeds during just one test. My phone was already dying though so I couldn't test anymore. I held 4G for around 30 minutes and then it went back to 3G, albeit, we were driving when I lost 4G but it was still Wake Forest area. North Carolina by the way!

Ooooh, that's tasty information! I just turned off wifi, but am still only getting 3G, but hopefully LTE will be turned on for good soon!

I was in a Verizon store a few days ago and the rep said Milwaukee will be getting LTE within the next 60 days. So I'm hoping this next roll out includes us.

I'm interested to see what they will be doing. My girlfriend just got the thunderbolt yesterday and the 4g is really fast. I was going to wait till the bionic comes out but now I'm really considering just getting the thunderbolt.
