Update::: returned phone and got added to device payment plan, talked to Verizon on the phone and they are in the process of issuing an iscr??, or whatever they called it, To be able to bring my udp back

They did this to one of my uld lines..thought it was funny over the phone..but when an ape showed up at their store. They changed their minds. Glad I got the woman's id name and associates number.
