"verizon wireless" noise while streaming.. Throttled?

i"ve been searching all over about this can't find much, have some theories though. Had the bionic for 2 weeks now just noticed the problem yesterday and again today. You all know that annoying "verizon wireless" noise for different notifications, going in and out of 4g 3g... i guess. well while watching hbo go last night out of the blue.. "verizon wireless" 3 times in a row so i exit out of app... no notifications nothing. then today streaming nfl network same thing except this time i notice my stream getting all out of wack like it's in 3g ( btw 4g streaming is night and day from 3g). I run a speed test and it was half my normal speed 6/7mps instead of 11/13. It seems like whenever im using a bunch of data verizon is yelling at me "verizon wireless", " verizon wireless"... it's horrible. ive searched every setting can't find anything..... Anybody else heard of this or no how to stop it?
