Verizon Working on the Galaxy Nexus Web Page ?!?

Just noticed this,
if you go to the email sign up page that we are used to seeing, it still looks the same
Samsung Galaxy Nexus Android 4.0 Smartphone | Verizon Wireless


BUT, if you noticed on all of the pictures of the Galaxy Nexus package unboxing, there is a link that says "vzw.com/galaxynexus"

Well I checked that link the other day, and it took me right to the usual email signup page....

But now if you go to www.vzw.com/galaxynexus , it appears as if they are working on putting the page up!!! Nothing shows up except for the header and footers of the verizon website....

Just thought I would share this. :biggrin:

Maybe we'll see the phone show up in the online store soon?

It's pretty clear what they're doing. They're messing with us.

Verizon troll 1: I'm bored. What should we do?
Verizon troll 2: Hmm, lets make the Nexus page go to a blank page. Then we can bet on how long it takes for people to post it to forums and get all excited about it.
Verizon troll 1: Awesome, then as soon as they start posting lets direct it back to the email signup page again!

Right now the page redirects me to Samsung Galaxy Nexus Android 4.0 Smartphone | Verizon Wireless but it keeps trying to load and getting nowhere. The browser tab does say Samsung Galaxy Nexus so its trying to load.
