Oh contraire. It was known before android that Samsung supports nothing, and they still sold tons of Galaxy S'.

The cell phones are suing each other and getting class actions all the time, it seems. I don't think it registers on most people's radar.

The market research report about Samsung not supporting the phones is far more damaging than this lawsuit.

why is this shocking to anyone?

samsung glyde? no support, full of bugs
samsung instinct? no support, full of bugs
samsung behold 2? was that the one they lied about?

face it, samsung does not care about post sales customer support. period.

+1 and consumers still purchase their devices. I remember when they first talked about releasing these phones these specific phones were brought up. Understand and feel for the consumers that have this phone but, the company does have a bad track record.

So next awesome phone they release...dont buy it.

Samsung and sony ericson get none of my money.
