My vibration alert for texts and emails is not working...have checked the boxes to vibrate all the time and nada. Ringer vibrate works fine. I have also tried 3rd party apps (ie handsent) and they don't vibrate either.
Also went to local verizon store...they couldn't help me...connected me to tech support...they couldn't help me...so they traded out my phone saying it must be something with the handset. Unfortunately the new set doesn't vibrate either so one of two things is going on...I'm an idiot (which is possible but doubtful, cuz truthfully I'm pretty much a geek) or my store got a batch of bad phones that don't vibrate right (equally unlikely). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Anyone else experiencing this?
