Video Camera says already occupied.... but it's not??

Hey, thanks for taking the time to read this:

anyways, whenever i go to take a video of something, i get this error message:

Camera could not be started

The application could not start the camera, it is probably occupied. Restarting your device usually solves this.

it's weird because I can take pictures, just not videos....

And nothing is in use, (I don't think), and restarting did not fix this(obviously)

Any suggestions? :motdroidvert:
