Why don't they just say 2011 and be done already. Who are they kidding?


I'm waiting for SlingPlayer so I can at least watch TV on my commute to work to get my mind off flash for a while.

I totally agree....it just doesn't make sense tho. Something's gotta be seriously wrong with it for them to delay it. It must kill the battery in 30 minutes or freeze up the phone all the time.
Either way, it looks like they are playing it very safe. They want to perfect it so they don't release something and then cause a wide spread recall (similar to Toyota's gas pedal accelerator fiasco.)

but come on already. the company has millions of dollars and they can't figure it out all this time...??

yeah, with the way apple is acting towards adobe, (the same way they act against anything non-apple) i'd be rushing it out like crazy (bug free of course) and buddying up with anything non-apple just to stick it to them. Because honestly, flash just about rules the internet......for now says apple

If there's any bright side to this, maybe by then the real Droid 2 (not this Incredible crap) will be out as well that is smarter, bigger, faster, cheaper AND has a "blackberry feel" keyboard (so we can actually type on it fast) and, heck, a forward facing camera for video chats. who knows.

If we aren't going to get flash anytime soon, can we please get some apps in the market that allow us to watch tv shows in fullscreen? I just want to catch an episode of Lost or Dexter on my lunch breaks.
