Visual Voicemail issues

I have Visual Voicemail and it won't work if I have Wi-Fi turned on.

Is this normal?

I have the same issue. I have to disable WiFi to get updates. It worked for one day on WiFi after the app was updated, but the next day HTC released an update and Visual Voicemail has been useless since.

VZW's Visual Voicemail and their My Verizon apps do not work via wifi. Why? No clue. They just don't. VZW is supposedly going to correct this.

I just tested it on my wi-fi and it came through fine.

But apparently... not for everybody.

After the update it seems to occasionally work on WiFi. Still not reliable unless WiFi is off.

It does not work for me on any level. I am going to call verizon to remove the charge of fix the problem.
