Voice actions not working

I have tried using Voice Actions on my Nexus Prime ICS phone to send emails or text but while it recognizes the word "Text" the "To" field it not filled in. Instead it fills in the note area with the name of the contact I want to send the text to (same for email).

Any ideas?

I have the same problem with an HTC Vivid running ICS. Contact names are placed in the message body itself, both for emails and texts. Also the Call function always brings up a web search rather than the number in my contacts (which are synced with my Google account). I thought Jeannie was flakey ...
