Voice recognition for non-Google searches?

So I've had my Droid for a day now, and still discovering all the cool things it can do.

I love being able to just say "Call mom mobile." That's crazy. Or "map music stores."

Is there any way to use voice to do other searches, like in the App Market or anywhere else? Or is voice recognition strictly for Google stuff?

I ask because I am just terrible with the tiny keyboard (physical or onscreen). It's painfully slow.

Buy an app called talk to me keyboard. It will modify your software keyboard to include a microphone. After that all inputs may be done by voice.
