voice recognition training

Hi there all, new user here,
I am quite spoiled with voice recognition and I use it quite a bit with my android when I text. However, in my fantasies I would be able to train up new words. Primarily I would like it to spell my last name "FISCHER" instead of the more common spelling, "Fischer".

Any help?
