Voice Search on Stratosphere

I am trying to use Voice Search to send a message. I say "send text to Dan hi" and the message that shows in the text window is "to Dan hi" without putting anything in the To line. I have tried stressing "send text" but the same thing happens. Any ideas?

Try it like this:

Send Text to Dan (mobile or home)
Message Hi

Works for me.
