Voice Text for Eris 2.1?

So How do we get the Voice text for the eris, like the moto Droid has? I was told with the 2.1 update it would have it?:rating00:

If it's not on your keyboard then Eris didn't get it. You can get Vlingo for 10.00 in the Market.

I use handcent. It's free on the market and does speak to text. Just say it and it types it
