Wal-Mart Giving Away MotoDroids and Incredibles?

So, my nephew brought over a receipt from Wal-Mart today. At the bottom there was a set of instructions highlighted. It turns out this particular Wal-Mart is taking any $100 receipt or higher, and accepting them as a raffle ticket in a raffle to win either a Droid or an Incredible? It says there's 25 of each, and to put your name, address, and phone number on the back of receipt, and put it into this ENORMOUS fish tank at the front of the store. Kinda cool.

Are any other Wal-Marts doing this?
