Just installed it via Rom Manager. Nearly perfect. The only minor thing I see is the battery percentage being aligned to the left just a bit too far. Otherwise, everything else is great.
That is an easy fix. Comes from porting it from CyanogenMod. When JRummy returns, I will have him an up to date theme he can add to that. Hopefully with some new modifications too. Just working out the bugs on these released so far, then back to drawing board for more changes.

Yeah man, totally understandable. Like I said, it's the only "issue" I've seen since installing the rom manager version. Everything else is awesome. Great work!

I'm not sure what the deal is. As you see in the Lithium Mod image above... It's transparent. I used that same source, the background, for this image.

Hah. This is a tad ridiculous. Haha. Here goes, posted in first post, as always.
Still no transparency. Were you able to flash SS 4.6 and recreate the problem? It's not just me having this problem right now is it?
If no one has done so already, can we go ahead and shorten Watermark'D to WMD... since it really IS the bomb!!!! Yeah, that's right, I went there...

SS 4.6 version: Love all the app and settings icons, etc. Don't really care for the 3G, bars, or battery, but absolutely hate the notification dropdown background. Not that I have anything against Chevrolet or Chevy (the Droid God), but I don't want Chevy bowties plastered all over my phone.
Is there a way to get a version of this theme without anything changed to Chevy's version of the notification bar stuff?

Likewise on the notification dropdown backgroud, but I do love Chevy's Rom's. Any way to get a metered battery indicator?
With that being said, I really really like this theme! It is almost like a refreshed, re-imagined Nextheme; the icons and colors are great and very easy to see and distinguish regardless of indoor lighting or daylight without looking comic bookish. Both clean and fun!

Just in case you are getting discouraged, I very much like the small icons in the pull down screen. Makes it look very creative. A lot of work must ave gone into those.
Is there any eta on the font color for the notification bar? Running BB0.4 and so far remembering what the text should be but is getting hard on the brain!
