I am looking for an app that when I have my phone on silence that I can have selected numbers still ring through. So I don't miss calls from my children. Thank you for your help in this matter.

WaveSecure definitely has the most potential, but as he said, it doesn't track well and you have to receive international texts which you get charged for, so testing it sucks.
