Wear screen shots.... What's your watch look like?

That's exactly what I've been meaning when I state standalone . More stuff you can do on the watch itself, whether tethered or not. More like a launcher and less like Google Now.

I'm really liking the direction AW is moving.

Well, there's "Wear Mini Launcher" and others for launching apps. You can also launch any watch app pretty easily without those launchers.

When I think standalone, I think COMPLETELY independent of the phone, like your Gear that has 3G and its own phone number. That's very standalone to me. That's not what I really want at this point, but we've discussed that plenty.

You drive a Saab Pere? Used to love the 900s turbo back in the day.

Yea. Was a passion of mine for a LONG time.
Between the wife and I we have owned 5 altogether.
Yes, 5.
Never really like the "Classic" ones pre-1994 until I really got into Saab and could appreciate them more. Still preferred the mid-late 90's most.
Hers 1998 900S Convertible (#1) Started the craze
His 1994 900S 4 door sedan
Hers 1999 900 SE convertible
His 1998 900 SE 2 door coupe (the one I always really wanted...lol)
His 2006 9-3 Sport Combi
Still keeping it Swede. Today she drives a 2013 Volvo C70 (Convertible)
Yea... she likes to drop her top. :D

I was a mod @ SaabCentral for 7 or 8 years. ;)

Miss her...

You want my '06 Saab 9-3 Turbo? Actually, I like the car but hate that the simplest repairs cost a fortune.

I have an 06.
Good thing it doesn't need repairs very often. Seriously, my 06 has been, by a mile, the most trouble free, reliable car I've ever owned.
Not to mention, its really a GM car at its core. The time or 2 I've needed work, I've never gone to a dealer. Local garage does my work cheap. Nothing to special about 70% of the parts.
Do my own oil changes. Could the plugs be easier to change yourself? No, I say. Just did mine a month ago. SO easy.

That's good to know cause I need to replace my spark plugs. The only significant non-typical repair I've had to do is replace the wheel bearings. Sorry for the derailment. I promise, I will do it again, I'm sure.
