Got my $6 chromecast deal. So I'm wondering which is better. Watchmaker or Facer?

Matter of preference. I prefer WatchMaker, but peredroid likes facer.

I have both.

That's why I like it. I downloaded both around the same time, but WatchMaker seemed more intuitive. I also joined the WatchMaker group on g+. Lots of sweet faces shared there.

Facerepo.com has a large selection for either app.

Just made this... Pretty simple but nice I think. Need to learn how to use watchmaker a little more though.

Not bad at all. Here's the first one I ever created. Only one I've kept that I made too. Simple, yet effective. Weather goes away in dim mode.

Did anyone try out the app I posted earlier with the Lux watch faces? They keep adding freebies. New update today with some new ones. Not sure if I like this one yet. I love it in dim but its so....blue.

They have one or two free ones that I kinda like, but I haven't used one beyond checking them out yet. Think I'll choose one next time I need a change.

My battery life nose dived but I am beginning to think it may be a result of 5.02.

I have looked at that face a few times on the Play Store & think I remember mixed reviews about battery life.

I know Ranger & Oddesy have beta versions. If you join & are acceptable to the g+ group (Smart Watch Beta Testers or something similar), you can beta test those paid watches for free. If course, that brings its own own bugs sometimes, but at least you can get a feel for them before buying the paid versions.

Not sure, but sky matter might be part of that group too.

I was having issues yesterday with battery life before installing that app, but then again I was running 5.02 prerooted that someone kicked out. It may very well be that app.
