Been using Fancy Widgets for a long time. Free version or paid. You cant go wrong. (Vanilla wallpaper for ya so you can see it.) This is the paid version. 3 widgets....one is the clock, other is my 3 day forecast (yeah.....crappy weather this weekend). Last is my current weather widget. No major drain on batt or memory. Try the free version, lotsa customization.

HD Widgets is also a good one. Weather Channel, Weatherbug and AccuWeather all have widgets. It really is a matter of personal preference...looks versus accuracy is an important factor for some users. The best thing I have found to do is download one, use it for a day or two and swap it out for another until you find what you like. Google Play is full of weather related apps and widgets...some are free...the really good (in my opinion) usually cost you a little.
Fancy Widgets here also. It's one of the most versatile ones out there on all areas. Lots of skins, icons, widget sizes/lay outs, weather servers, animations(non-X sec-always), multiple locations,show/hide elements, custom short cuts, etc. Widget can be as simple as clock or current weather, or have everything including 5 day forecast.
+1
This was the first app I paid for (2.5 years ago), and I still get compliments on it whenever someone new sees my phone and they always want to know what app it is.
I have used fancy widgets and beautiful widgets... both excellent. Recently I have started to play with Make Your Clock Widget. It is fun because you can customize it and include what you want. It does not have a choice for weather providers yet but they do keep updating it with new features... so I am hoping for that soon. Currently uses google weather, which has been on target compared to accuweather so far. Here is my current design...

That looks pretty slick, but what is with the different temperature below the time (inside the circle) and the temperature to the right of the time? Also, 93 degrees at 10:06pm?! Good luck sleeping!
EDIT: Nevermind, I just realized the temp. in the circle is your CPU. At least it's a little cooler outside than your phone is running.
Thanks. There's a lot of info in that widget. The circle is the battery info with percent left, battery temp, and voltage.
Edit: 93° and hot! We hit a record high in Central New York today of 101° and only one degree shy of all time record... apparently we have never seen higher than 102°. I know for you Texas folks (94lt1) that is nothing... but up here, most of us do not have ac. Thank God I've got my pool!
I have used BeWeather for quite awhile and I really like it. You can download tons of icon sets for the widgets and and the app itself has some gorgeous HD effects.
Motorola used to include Genie with many of their devices. The .apk from my droid x (GB) runs fine on my generic ICS 4.0.3 tablet, so I think it would run fine on a razr.
