Welcome to the Project Elite GNex section!

Maybe if you re flash a recent version of PE then go back into restore if you made a back up. Just like flashing any other rom. And restoring back?

Thanks, just after I posted that I had the same idea. I was able to flash a recent PE but it got stuck on the Nexus X. Unfortunately I am waiting for a call so I could only let it reboot for about 10 minutes and had to do a battery pull and then re-installed the 4.2 rom. I'll try to go back to PE tomorrow when I have time to let it reboot for longer. Thanks for your help.

No problem. Good luck

We have 4.2 up and running but please don't flash any builds that pop up on the server until we give you the go ahead.

Okay so I tried flashing a 4.2 build like last week from.. An aosp version and the lock screen was buggy and laggy when I pressed the lock button. This build so snt do that right?

Some of those builds were missing some things in their builds. Right now our build with my kernel is butter. We are working on getting some custom options back in and we should have a build for you in the next few days of everything goes well

Happy Thanksgiving! Make sure to rest and enjoy some free time (if possible)

Alright fellas. Here we go. First beta build. http://www.projectelite.net/actngrezy/jb-mr1/toro/elite_toro-11-27-12-squished.zip

Known issues:
KB gesture typing gets the trail but no word enters. We are working on this. Seems to be a dictionary issue from aosp.

We have decided to go the route of selectable quick settings rather than power widgets. Just an FYI.

Let us know what you guys think!

I'll flash this after work tonight and let ya know if I run into any issues.

Thanks guys for all your hard work!

I hate to be "that guy". Are gapps included in the zip? Also does anyone have an md5 for the download?

Right when I thought it might be too late for PE

THIS IS AMAZING. It has the features I need and the organization I prefer! I flashed this on my broken screen, non-activated, spare Nexus and it looks good! Time to make it my daily driver for my working Nexus!!!!!! I honestly thought it would be too late for PE to become the preferred ROM amongst the community and myself, but now I have changed my mind. PE FTW!
