Alright I'll give it go. Also, just wanted to say that I was an avid PE follower from the OG days and I couldn't be more pleased to see you guys back in action. There are so many poorly developed Roms out there, but PE is nothing but quality. Thanks for your time and dedication.

Awesome... Loved PE on og DROID. If u guys want more visibility and people to look over for bugs, xda has lots of gn users. Btw, running ur nightly and haven't had any problems yet.

Hi Buck,

I'm about to clean flash PE for the first time. I've had Wifi issues after sleeping since making the jump to 4.2; doesn't matter which rom I use. I'm currently coming from Mmuzzy's rom which is a great stock rom. I believe most wifi issues are 4.2 related and not due to roms. Here's hoping that PE has somehow fixed this

Google is having a hard time understanding that this is not solely a Nexus 4 issue or a problem with users' routers. Waking from sleep doesn't not play nice with wifi on for most users running 4.2... this includes the vzw Galaxy Nexus.

I likely have overlooked this somewhere; however, I was wondering if there is a setting to enable HQ Audio? Thank you. New PE on the GNex and have to say that so far I'm very impressed! Still keeping an eye out for Wifi issues... Too soon to call though.

Yes it has happened to me again, clean install. I just changed the setting and rebooted like you told me to do before and that worked.

Download trickster mod app from the market. It will allow you to access the feature and more.

Thank you for posting this. It definitely gives some clarity to the issue. I have spoken to multiple people with n7s and gnex. On both stock 4.2 and custom ROM the issues exists for everyone I've talked to and my "work around" works for everyone. Only thing that I've noticed with it is you have to do the work around again sometimes if you have toggled WiFi on or off. Keep us informed if any of you see anything on any other forums.

The Google poster made this statement as of today... He only mentioned this for N4 though...

"Regarding nexus 4: Qualcomm driver on nexus 4 has a known issue of not supporting ARP offload while filtering out broadcast packets. This causes issue with connectivity when device is in suspend. Fix planned for next update."

This problem is not specific to the N4 or users' routers... Google needs to acknowledge that it's a wifi issues within 4.2 in general. Here's hoping PE can fix what Google cannot

Another 4.2 error.... Bluetooth misbehaving. Sometimes the service will NOT shut off. Only way to turn BT off at this point is to reboot. From there it will work well again for a bit then the same behavior reappears.
