You're in Odin mode. You have to hold BOTH volume buttons down and power to get to fastboot. You can then select recovery using the volume buttons.

Thanks. I actually gave it to my brother and he fixed it back to stock. Thankfully, I backed it up with the Clockwork ROM. I'm out of the rooting business for a bit. I need to read a little more.

What GAAPS do I have to flash to get to GummyJar updated: 0.8.1 ?

You could flash the gummynex rom. It comes with the tether built in. Make sure to flash the gaaps as well. Do a data/cache wipe before you flash them though via cwr.
