What did you get for the holidays

Boo Hoo... Browns fans can cry me a river. Long before the Ravens there was this team called the BALTIMORE COLTS. They popped smoke and left town, literally, in the middle of the night under cover of darkness, all without warning. They took the history, team name, team colors, logo, and records. All they left was a stadium.

I got a moto 360. Love it. Really wanted the second edition but to be honest, I really like the 1st gen. It's a nice little toy to add to the tech arsenal.

my birthday is new years eve, so I bought myself Elite dangerous horizons AND a new moto X pure... I bought the pure with the intention of re-selling it... but this phone rocks my socks... I'm even considering not rooting it, everything just works so well. just a few things that annoy me.

oh and a hotas flight stick to play the game with... WAY to much time playing in the past week.

Last Christmas the wife and I didn't get anything for each other and instead opted to catch up on medical bills that had piled up over the previous two years. With a little help from Dave Ramsay & his financial techniques this past year (aside from my car note) we are just about debt free, so we were able to splurge a bit for each other this year. We didn't purchase much in the way of "tech" since we're both saving to buy the S7 outright in the spring. She got me the latest Amazon FireTV and I got her a second UE Boom Bluetooth speaker so she can pair it with her other Boom for stereo sound in her office at work.

Didn't really get much in the way of tech. I'm hard to shop for in that realm. Got some new clothes and a new wallet. I almost never by myself clothes, so that leaves an easy choice for family.

Got my wife a Gear Fit and a Chromecast though.

OT: Got a 360 v2. I hate the spare tire every bit as much as I thought I would. What a lame design decision.
...but love the watch, so I think I'll keep it.

I actually got some holiday pay for Xmas and that's about it. I don't require to get anything for the Holidays. I just like being with my kids. That is good enough for me!

Moto Buds. Not the best in the world, but good enough for me.

I got some too. Not for xmas but because I really needed a pair of BT headsets a while back. They are pretty awesome, but the do have a very singular purpose. It is hard to connect them to other BT devices like laptops/desktops because they don't have a typical pairing method. They do have some decent quality and portability to them that I love and why they are my main headsets at the moment.

Yeah I too have been following financial peace and I am down to about a $7000 student loan to get out of debt. Ill admit I have not been as "gazelle intense" as I should have been, but I been pretty steady. Also I have a story to tell but ill save it foe the vent thread.
