Play market.... free one is green.. pay version is 1.25 and has options like color, speed etc...search "steampunk"

ADW Launcher EX, DigitalSoul, with Clockr Evolution. Lots of icons, lots of options and works well with ICS. (just learned how to take a screen shot!)
