If you cant wait, search for mac themes find the one that you like and modify the size of the icons and change there name and throw in a theme. The dock is from stepho's suave theme.

I have no idea how to do that haha. Don't have the time either right now unfortunately. After these next 13 days you guys won't see a post for at least two months. Hopefully MIUI is still going although I'll be getting a new phone anyway
