It's the next version of android and to get it quick yea but no eventually it'll be pushed to devices
Android versions are always named after some desert and go in alphabetical order if I wasn't on my phone id link some more info on it but the versions thus far have been
Cupcake
Donut
Eclair
Froyo
Gingerbread
Honeycomb
Ice cream sandwich
And next will be jelly bean the first two versions never had an official codename

I believe the obvious question here is what would you do to have the Klondike bar OS on your device...
Yeah, if you eliminate trademarked names, you are pretty much left with Kiwi or Key Lime Pie.... or something not English.
