What should I do? Droid replacement phone question...

OK, verizon sent me another droid for free. This is my 4th one, i just recieved wednesday the 6th this week. Been having speaker problems. Well in the meantime of activating my new phone I dropped the old one and the screen cracked. Should I call verizon and tell them this or just send the old one back???

I think when it arrives they are going to realize it is cracked so calling and getting a reference number to the call to include in the package when you return it might be the best way to go. Have them take note of your return number so it ties together both ways. Especially if whatever reason you are returning it can still be reproduced.

This is your choice though, that may very well call attention to the fact that the screen is cracked. I don't know what they do when someone claims one issue but then sends it in for another, which is why I'd make the call and give them a head's up.

I called verizon, they said no need to call. Its not an issue.
