Yes!...throw a fit...tell them you did a factory reset and it didn't work....demand a razr and they should give you one

it tends to work easier when they run out of bionics, now they will tell you ics will or should fix the signal.

BTW there is a thread all about it.

My mom's Bionic is pretty screwy. Signal issues and sometimes she can hear calls, but the caller can't hear her.

They are sending another bionic. If that one doesnt go well. Theyll send a razr!
