What's 1 NEW or IMPROVED feature you'd like to see added to a phone

I would really like to see Google make some of the features that are there now more intuitive. They are adding all of this stuff to track and follow me and "try" to predict what I want but how about actually use some of what I do for good...

Perfect example, when I want to "share" a picture from gallery there are only 3 places I may share it. Gmail, Email, or Textra... Why are they always in alphabetical order and I have to scroll down to find what I want... Why not give me the option to add what I want to the top row OR just put the most common/recently used apps in the top row.... Yes I know it is easier to just open the app and attach sometimes but others I am already in the gallery and see a picture I was supposed to send or wanted to send and didn't.

Scheduled email and texting, oh and Samsung Pay (OK that is likely not going to happen).

What would you consider a good need for scheduled messaging? I have seen a few people mention it and just can't think of a time when I felt it would be useful... Other than if you are out all night partying scheduling a text to send in the morning to call in sick.... LOL

Quikpic already does those things. Gives a bunch of possible places to share and moves then closer to the top based on previous shares you've done with it. I'm not sure if my phone being a Note4 has anything to do with it but I get a bunch of choices

What I'd like to see improved is battery life. Yes I'm ok with mine but more is never enough. Don't offset improved efficiency either.
What I'd like to see added is true optical image stabilization and not just digital like what is being touted as optical. My old Omnia had the best digital stabilization of any phone I've ever used but I'd like it to be tied into the lens or sensor to improve it even more. If you've ever used a dslr where the optical is built into the body of the camera and not the removable lenses you'll know what I mean by the difference it makes.

I had Quickpic until the last update on my phone I did an FDR and now I can only get the newest version which was riddled with ads.

I use scheduled messaging all the time. For messaging to send it at a certain time. (Ie a person saying remind me to pick up x) well I may have something at work that look like it is going to take hours out of my time. I send the message now and say send it at x time, which is the time the person wanted the reminder.
The other use is when I send out daily Bible verses I don't want to send it when I wake up because it could disturb them so I'll send it to go out at 9am vs 5am when I wake up.

For emails there are reports that have to be sent out at certain times. Well the times I get it done early I can not send them early. So rather than wait and forget or get too busy later I can hit send and have it wait until that time for it to send.

Scheduled messaging is one of those things that really helps for business uses. Now you can use scheduled messaging via chomp, but I have not found an email app that has scheduled e-mails (those that advertise it end up not actually having it).

I just turn all that stuff off in its settings. I've been searching for a good replacement for it because, as you are exactly right about, stock galleries haven't improved on Android worth a hoot and I'm not a fan of the mega corp developer that bought it from the little guy developer that made it.

I believe I saw something on the N preview that you can long press and pin apps on the share menu.

I'd like a reset option when you update an app and find snags that the older version didn't have.
At moment I rely on comments from people who update only to find said snags.

Though I tend to live on the edge and update at-will, an option to roll-back to even just the last version of an app could come in quite handy. Especially if there was an option to "skip this current update and notify me when the next is available".

You can uninstall updates for system apps.

You can uninstall ALL updates and ONLY for system apps that can't be completely installed.

I'm talking targeted rollback to the most recent previous update on ANY app from the play store. That would be a nice feature for sure.

Yeah I accidentally posted that before I wanted to. I was trying to go in and see what was allowed.

But I thought that tibu would still allow just this even on non rooted devices.
