What's you Juice Defender settings? And...

What settings are you using with juice defender and did you get a lot of savings with it?

Also, does anyone use JD to regulate their CPU instead of setCPU? Not sure which is better for battery life.

I'm trying a full couple of days running JD for CPU control after uninstalling setCPU.


I do see three sliders for control. One control is the min speed (250), the other two controls the max and the current settings are displayed like this:

Max CPU frequency 800/1000, min 250 mhz

For the max speed sliders, the middle slider moves and the 800 goes up or down and the last slider makes the 1000 go up or down.
