i just redid my contract and ordered the Bionic and i live 1000 yards from a 4g tower.
will they still throttle me even with a 4G connection?

yes they can throttle you on 4g

If you're tethering illegally and using that much, yes they will throttle you most definitely. But if you're using their mobile hotspot in place of a isp, you're good. It's probably cheaper too.
