Update: I found a work around for the backlight problem with the soft buttons. Free application called navigation backlight controller

I liked the ROM but I always have freaking data issues on it... I've tried everything I can think of. Reboot, airplane mode, the toggle deal, data wipe, cache and dalvik cache wipe, and wiping system and data and reflashing

Yea the data issue is really the only drawback I have found so far. ICS update supposedly June 12th so I'll tinker till then.
